These diagrams will help you better understand your pets condition or injury. It's very important to us that you understand your pets health. Vet Lounge veterinarians aren't interested in telling you about it, we want you to understand.
At the same time, we will email you an E-book explaining the condition/injury in depth, including the same diagrams we showed you during the consultation, so you can go home and read it in your own time. This will ensure you pick up all the information you may have forgotten during consult. It's hard to remember everything! The e-book can also be read by spouses or other family members, so they all understand your pets condition/injury.
We also call you 48 hours after your consultation to answer any further questions you may have. Not many vets go to these lengths for their clients or patients.
